Clark & Co. Garage Doors
Privacy policy.
Last updated
This website is operated by Clark & Co. Garage Doors LLC. This policy explains how we handle information connected with the website and inquiries you make through the form, by phone or by email.
Online service requests
When you submit a service request, the website sends your contact and service details to us. A receipt confirms that the request was saved; it does not confirm an appointment. We do not save your form details in this website’s browser storage, though your browser may remember entries through its own autofill settings. Online payments are not available on this site.
For service, call (407) 476-3173 or email service@clarkandcogaragedoors.com.
Information you provide
When you submit the form, call or email, you may share your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, business name and details about the service you need. We receive the information you choose to include in those communications.
Please do not send payment card details, passwords, garage or gate access codes, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the form or an ordinary email.
How information is used and shared
We use inquiry information to reply, check service coverage, discuss an estimate, arrange requested work and keep related business records. We also use relevant information to address errors, protect against misuse and meet legal obligations.
Information may be handled by the people responding to your request and providers that support our communications, website or requested services. Cloudflare hosts the website and temporarily stores submitted requests for delivery. Airtable stores our lead and job records. Email and phone notification providers, including Resend and Pushover when enabled, process request details so we can respond. Phone and email providers also process communications through their systems. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety or exercise legal rights.
We do not sell customer inquiries or share them with other businesses for their own marketing.
Website visits, cookies and tracking
Hosting and security services may process ordinary technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and request time, to deliver and protect the website.
The current website does not set its own cookies or run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, embedded maps or third-party review widgets. Fonts and images are served with the site. We do not use this website to track your activity across other websites or send visitor information to advertising networks.
The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal because it does not perform that kind of tracking. Hosting or security providers may use necessary technical features under their own settings.
Planned use of Google Analytics
We plan to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages people visit and improve the website. It is not currently installed or collecting data here. When enabled, it may use cookies and other identifiers to send Google information about page visits, interactions, device and browser details, and approximate location.
Before enabling GA4, we will update this policy to describe the actual settings and available privacy choices. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Keeping information and making requests
Inquiry and related service records are kept for the purposes described above. How long they are needed depends on the request, ongoing service, recordkeeping obligations and any dispute. The temporary delivery copy is removed after all enabled destinations accept the request. If delivery fails, that copy is kept for retries until delivery succeeds or we resolve the issue. A technical receipt used to prevent duplicate submissions is kept for 30 days after delivery; it does not include your contact details or message. Separate business records remain in our customer and communication systems as needed.
You can contact us to ask what information you have provided, correct it or request its deletion. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, an ongoing service or a dispute; we will explain any applicable limits. Any rights you have under applicable privacy law still apply.
No website, email service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Share only the information needed for your request.
Children’s information
This site is intended for people arranging property services, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.
Updates and privacy questions
Changes to this policy will be posted here with a new update date. Before optional tracking is enabled, we will update the policy to describe those practices and provide any notice or choice required by law.
